Refund & Exchange Policy

• We do not offer returns and exchanges as most of our pieces are made on order. However, we make alterations if there is any issue if notified within 48 hours of delivery. An outfit is eligible for Alteration only once. The delivery charges for alterations are ₹350. 
• Any item purchased on our website does not qualify for any return unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects. 
• Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will replace it as long as it has been communicated within 5 days of delivery. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault. We only provide exchanges in case of a faulty product as well. The courier cost of the same will be upon us. If you have received a faulty item please email us at info@craftedsimplicity.net. In the email, mention the reason for the claim along with images of the damage. We will replace the item if stock is available upon return.
